Amazing workout. I wanted to die... at one point during the video she even said, "I want you to feel like you are going to die!" There are 3 levels so it's great for everyone. I started on level 2 cuz I thought I was somewhat in shape... NOT!!! I found it on ebay for like 7 dollars! Seriously, go get it.

I'm so glad you posted this because I was looking for a new workout video! I'll look on ebay for one, it's bikini season, eek!
